Responsibilities:

  • Developing sales with key clients and attracting new clients;
  • Implementation of sales plans, analysis of sales data and development of corrective measures;
  • Establishing and developing strong relationships with clients in general and decision makers;
  • Conducting negotiations at the level of department heads and top officials of companies;
  • Participation in tenders;
  • Preparation and approval of contracts;
  • Maintaining document flow for clients.
  • Requirements:
  • Knowledge and ability to design and optimize packaging processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability. ( this is required in replacement of BOPP to CPP films )
  • Experience with packaging material selection and its structuring, specifically with BOPP, PET and CPP films and technology including knowledge of industry trends and innovations.
  • Proven track record of managing packaging projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Expertise in quality control, compliance with packaging regulations, and ability to implement quality standards like ISO, ASTM
  • knowledge and experience in international trade regulations and compliance including documentation required for exports to CIS countries.
  • Experience in market analysis and strategy for entering and expanding in CIS market.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution management.
  • Expertise in inventory management systems and supply chain optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improving distribution processes and cost-efficiency.
  • Fluent English
